Ohio's Pay to Play Laws

Bicker & Eckler has a great web page that describes Ohio's Pay to Play laws as passed in HB 694, effective 4/4/07 and revised through amendments in HB 119 passed in June 2007. There was a challenge to the law by UAW Local 1112 that resulted in the law being declared unconstitutional due to procedural issues. However, the Attorney General has filed a motion to dismiss.
